Land & Home Packages

Follow these steps to get your land and home package started. We look forward to working with you on your future new land/home package!

Step 1: Get Pre-Approved for Financing

The first step is to get pre-approved with one of our knowledgeable land/home construction loan lenders. Whether you already own land or need help finding it we are here to help!

Step 2: Finalizing the Budget

Once we have obtained the pre-approval or discussed your cash budget, we can now pick out the perfect home to fit your needs.

Step 3: Time to find the land

We can assist in locating the perfect land for you whether it be private land in the country or a lot in a community somewhere. At Suncrest Homes we are very knowledgeable about the real estate market throughout all of Florida to help with your land/home package.

Step 4: Closing on the loan and land

Once the land is under contract if financing this would be the time to get the lender any documents, they need to close the loan. If a cash transaction we can set up with a title company to go ahead and close on the land. Once the land is closed on we can move forward with the construction process.

Step 5: Permitting and Scheduling

Now that the land has been closed on, we can finish obtaining all of the permitting needed to deliver your new home to the property. At this time, we will also be working on getting the land prepped and ready for your new home. When we have obtained all of the permits for your project, we will deliver your new home to the site.

Step 6: Finishing Construction

Now that your new home has been delivered and set, we will work on the finishing touches. If there is a new well or septic going in that would be the first step to finish. Once those items are complete, we can then connect the plumbing. Then A/C and Electrical work will be completed. During this time period there will be workers finishing the inside of your new home. After setup, mechanical and electrical inspections have passed we move to the final steps of completion with installation of skirting and steps. Now we can call in for your final inspection and complete your turn-key land/home package!
